Staging that moves listings, not just furniture.

Staged properties sell faster and attract stronger offers. That's not a lifestyle claim. It's a measurable outcome that agents and developers rely on to stay competitive.

Belmont works exclusively with real estate professionals. We stage vacant properties with purpose: scaled to the space, designed to photograph well, and delivered on your timeline.

Before and after: vacant home staging in Los Angeles.

A vacant property is harder for buyers to read. Staging answers the questions they can't ask: how does the furniture fit, what's the flow, does this space justify the price. These are the same questions your buyer's agent is already framing for them.

Without staging, empty rooms photograph flat and show poorly. Listings sit longer. Price reductions follow. The cost of staging is almost always less than the first price cut - and it comes with stronger offers on the front end.

Belmont Home Staging did a phenomenal job with our estate property at 1720 Lombardy Rd in Pasadena. They took time out to listen to our feedback about how the property should be presented and worked with us in showcasing the best of the property and minimizing awkward spaces. Thanks to them we were able to get $3,500,000 on a fixer that needed a lot of work. They were able to make a diamond in the rough into a real diamond in the eyes of the buyer.

Our home staging process.
